Does the part number of the new cartridge match the part number of the previous cartridge that was in the device?
If you have followed THESE STEPS and the cartridge numbers match, you will need to engage Support. The Support options for your device are listed HERE .
We got a Xerox brand cartridge identical to the one that was in the printer before hand and followed the directions to a T, but the printer still keeps saying "Insert New Drum Cart." I've tried power cycling, removing and reinserting, etc. Not sure what I'm missing here or what steps I can take. Any help would be appreciated.
