WorkCentre 6015 NI Faded print

Product Name: WorkCentre 6015
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Printing since 2016 without problems until few months ago.
Since then, printing color has degraded from black to an almost unreadable light gray.
Absolutely no other sign of malfunction or error message on printer display. 

Opening the rear door of the printer i can see some white dust. I don't know if it's normal and i haven't tried cleaning using cloth or air to avoid possible damage.

I tried replacing the toner cartridge with a new one but result has not changed.
I haven't printed so much during these years. Until now i have used 4 black toner cartridges.
Printer has always been covered when not in use to avoid dust getting in.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
