Hi all,
The touch screen stopped working a while back on the printer, but it's been printing fine through Windows for quite some time without the touch screen capability. Now when I go to boot the printer up, it showed the "Power up sequence in progress" on the splash screen, but then the printer screen goes black.
Is there any way to flash the firmware via USB by using some type of forced upgrade string, since I don't have the ability to use the touch screen? Or is there any set of keys that I can hold to get into an alternate boot mode?
