Is there a video or printed insturctions on how to remove the parts to get to the IBT?
Hi, I'm trying to follow along with your instructions but my Phaser 6510 seems to be different from your pictures. Where is the IBT and Transfer Belt in this picture and which screws do I need to remove to access? Thank you very much!Phaser 6510
ok. Thank you very much for your help
The cleaner blade did not clean well the belt. You will need a new IBT assy.
Thank you very mucho for your support.
i cleaned everything up and the error was gone for good, theres one problem though, when i tried printing some color samples, i get these black-greenish lines on the paper, it seems to me that the IBT cleaner is not taking out the residual toner properly. After that I looked at the black film again and it looks kind of dirty but not as dirty as the last time. Any idea on what could it be?
thank you very much.
As I said, remove the IBT unit
After that remove the IBT cleaner from the 4 screws
Next image is the cleaner blade removed from the IBT assy:
Clean the residual toner from the belt cleaner:
and from the belt
And finally reassemble all in reverse order.
Good luck!

hi, can you tell me how to do those things?. i've been looking for videos on how to do it but i couldn't find any, i think that it is because the machin is still relatively new.
thanks
PD: photos or videos will be greatly aprecciated
Hi,
There is a problem with the Transfer Unit. Take out the imaging units and the IBT unit.
Clean inside the machine and the IBT cleaner blade.

Is it normal for my printer to have this yellow-like toner lines over there?
i tried to cleaning the sensor but it didnt work. im thinking that it has something to do with those toner lanes in the picture.
is it possible that the toner containers are leaking toner?
thank you for your support.
Hi,
Clean the CTD sensors with a dry cloth. They are located behind the printer and are circled in the picture below:
