Replaced toner after receiving a low toner warning, but will not recognize that it’s been replaced. I’ve tried reinstating cartridge, as well as rebooting printer. I’ve verified that both toners have the same part numbers.
Any help greatly appreciated.
That fault usually means replace imaging unit for that color.
It's making marks on belt and the mark is too light for that color, so it assumes the toner is out
But in fact the drum is not turning/ not writing dark enough to belt.
