You need to go through the dealer who sold it to you, it is a paid option, you need to consult the people who can verify you paid for the feature.

And posting the keys publicly is not a good idea, and you did it in 3 different places

HI,

The company I work for just bought this machine and we're getting this "The job was not printed because the PostScript option is not enabled" error whenever we're trying to print PDF documents using the USB port.


I Bought postscript key from xerox dealer. unfortunately I enter wrong serial number(33277068283) but one key is generated on that serial number how i reset the key. please help me.

correct serial number is 3327706283
