Also complicating things are the facts (1) I do not have an SD card for it (it is flashing a green light and a different green and red light stay enumerated; (2) the LED on the side is not showing any error code or anything at all; and (3) this could have occurred during an attempted software update, but my co-worker is not entirely sure but mentioned he was starting to attempt to update the firmware via the machine's IP address and then turned it off because it became non-responsive but believes it was non-responsive for a very long time first and that nothing was occurring via the potential update.
Here is a video of the back and side of the machine:
This is a modal window. As a small business owner who has had a tough yeat, I do not have the money to replace this thing, nor do I have the money in the budget for a costly repair. I'm pretty tech savy and would very much like to tackle this thing on my own, if possible.
Thanks in advance to anyone who reads this or who has any ideas whatsoever. Two other things, (1) I did test the backup battery and the volts were good on it, so I don't think its the backup battery, and (2) I did try an altboot, but I used a usb with an led on it, and it does nothing and I tried it on the front and back of the machine (along with folder names of "altboot", "AltBoot", and "ALTBOOT", along with FORCED_UPGRADE txt file without the txt name in the file) https://19216801.win/ https://routerlogin.cloud/ https://192168101.red/
Thanks again to anyone with any ideas!
I am suffering from the same problem. Could you find any information about the solution? I cannot solve the problem because I have poor technical knowledge. I would be glad if you could share information about this problem.

I have the same issue, replaced the battery and hard drive, still black screen. Is it the mainboard?
I will have to check what the error code is.
If that fan is defective it can even cause the board to fail.
Does the lack of power to that fan, or that fan spinning make any difference to the solution to the problem?
I say about the little fan next to the memory, not that one on top of the HDD.
The only fan that is on is the one on top of the HDD. Does this change your thought that it is the system memory to the left of the HDD. Or, do I now have a big piece of plastic junk?
Thanks so much for your responses and kindness btw.
And it looks like the processor fan did not rotate/work (107K02811)
That orange slot is for SIM card that is used just at the machine instalation. That SIM contains informations about machine speed and region.
Thanks so much for your assistance. I'll order the memory and go from there. Thanks again!
Excepting my experience, I searched and I found some technical bulletins with the same behaviour like yours. It looks the system memory is bad. And the memory is different from anything else. I don't think you will find something the same.
