WorkCentre 7830 won't start up - freezes on loading screen

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

I have a WorkCentre 7830. Recently I had to restart it, but it will not finish the startup process.

When I turn it on, the screen shows the normal, green screen with the text "Please wait... the system is powering on". But it never advances past that screen, no matter how long I let it work.

This is what I see:

I have turned off both power switches, unplugged it overnight, and flipped the GFI switch on the back. Nothing seems to work.

I've tried opening and closing all of the panels and doors. No luck.

Any other suggestions?

Hi,

Try to reinstall machine software by AltBoot method.
