WorkCentre 7845 Drum Cartridge Message

Hi,

The message prepares you to purchase of new consumables.

From the moment of the message "Reorder but do not replace..." of the drum, until to message "replace it now" will be able to make about 1000 prints.

Our copier has displayed the message, "Reorder Drum Cartridge for position R1 but DO NOT replace until prompted." for several weeks now, and the cartridge has been showing as empty for most of that time as well. I would like to know why I still have not been prompted to replace it, and if I should just go ahead and replace it or wait. Restarting it did nothing.
