WorkCentre toner cartridge stuck in printer

I turned the machine off/on with no luck.  All the other caratridges slide in and out easily.  Calling a technician seems to be the only option..

Assuming there is nothing engaging it (hint, unplug the printer and try again), it would have to be a broken part in the way or a 3rd party toner. In either case you would have to take the machine apart.

I have a WorkCentre 3210 and for the first time since buying the printer a few years ago, the toner cartridge refuses to come out of the printer. It appears to be jammed on the right side. Any ideas, without dismantling the printer, or destroying the cartridge?
