WorkCentre6505 Stops after printing 2 pages

Hello

I've encountered this issue before. It could be that the "no paper actuator" is damaged /broken. This part is easy to replace and does not require special attention from CE. It's a common fix for this type of problem

We have a Xerox Work center 6505 that just out of the blue starts to print only 3 pages and then gives this error/message : load tray 1 , letter , plain , we need to open the tray and close it again , then it prints again the same three pages and gives the error again.. this goes on for a indefinitely period. 

We have no idea how this suddenly happended we have shut down the printer but it stays the same.

Did you solve this issue allready ?

my name is Marcel from Belgium. I have exactly the same problem for a while now, my Xerox stops printing after two pages and gives message:" load tray 1 - letter plain".

How was your problem solved?

Hello,

 Have a WorkCentre 6505 that after printing 2 pages be it (copying, faxing, printing) stop and generates an error.

"Load Tray 1" "A4 Plain"

The tray is definitely loaded with letter size paper, letter size is picked as the default paper size in the menus.

Have restarted it, left it off, pulled all the paper out and back, reseated it all. It will ALWAYS stop after printing 2 pages.

Any ideas?
