i did. depends on the metal piece though. whats your model? if you cant try to jam it out dont force it. might lead to something worst. try calling a technician if you cant get it out yourself.
In the paper tray, there is a small metal piece that gets bent down when loading paper and then causes paper jams. Is anyone else having this problem?
