Workcenter 4250

I have a workcenter 4250 that got shut down while performing a firmware update.

Now I can do nothing with the unit.

It has a message on the disply saying Update in progress.

I tried restarting the firmware thru centerware with no luck.

Any suggestions.

Hi Tcauldren,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Please try turning the machine off, then disconnect the network cable.  Turn the machine back on with the cable still disconnected.  See if the machine will power up normally, if it does then reconnect the network cable.  If it does not turn on normally you will need to contact service.
