I recently had the experience of the 3315 failing to power on. Looked on here and found this solution worked. Thought I'd post it under the 3315 title for those searching:
In case the link doesn't work, it's pretty simple:
1) Power Off
2) Unplug Power
3) Wait 30 Seconds
4) Plug Back In
5) Power On
