My Workcentre 3325 has a groaning noise when the paper has already copied/printed but is being pushed out into the "bin".  How do I fix this?

Workcentre 3325 hardware issue

my workcentree 3325 printer has been having issues for the past day. this is very strange since it has always worked perfectly. but now it doesnt want to work at all. it turns on, prints the configuration report and turn back off. i dont know what to do since i cant assess the printer. i was thinking of reseting it but i dont know how to go about it since i cant handle the printer. are there any solutions to this issue? what can i do or what do you suggest me to do?
