Workcentre 3550 Invalid print cartridge

Can you help me out please i have a workcentre 3550 i bought the tonner from you but when i put it send me the error invalid print cartrigde

Validate correct cartridge is inserted per billing plan. If correct try a second cartridge. If this does not correct the situation, please call respective hotline we need to collect data. We will send you a new MSOK and PEK
