Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for clicking/ticking noise in the machine and make sure you have tried all the solutions.  Also make sure that the machine is plugged into a dedicated outlet, no power strip or extention cord.  If the problems continue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcentre 4118p doesn't work

Product Name: WorkCentre 4118

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum so if I posted this thread on the wrong forum I'm sorry!

I have XEROX Workcentre 4118p and it won't work. When I turn it on there's no any signal on display and PC doesn't recognize it! Also when I turn it on 4118p makes really strange noise. It's like when clock is ticking! I'm really tired of this because I have a lot of job to do on it but it's not working! Greetings!
