Thanks for your post. Please note however that when I remove the cover as shown in your post, there is only one memory slot which already is occupied. So it can't be used. There must be another slot in some other part of the machine where additional RAM can be put. If you could guide me where to find it, then that will be great.

I have this machine with 256MB memory. According to product brochure it can take an additional 256MB RAM more to upgrade the total memory to 384MB. Where to add the memory? I removed the small cover in the back where memory module sits and find it is the only slot which is occupied. Does this machine have an additional memory slot and where it is?

My printing is very slow and I am hoping this will help it. Any ideas as to how to expedite the printing will be appreciated.

Also, I tried upgrading firmware on this machine with the current one and it failed. Where can I find the older versions which might make my machine more stable?
