For the TWAIN scanning please see the instructions for scanning with TWAIN. If this process does not work for you then again please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

When I start the printer it gives message that Tray 3 and Tray 4 are missing.
This machine comes with four trays and I see every thing. What could make
the machine not recognize these trays?
Also, how to scan using TWAIN/ISIS on Windows 7 for this printer? Xerox
website doesn't have scan drivers for Windows 7 for this machine. Any workaround?
