it solves lots of bugs
if it doesnt resolve, maybe its an hardware issue , like bad memory, then its best to call an xerox engineer to replace the broken parts
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. We have an account that has 2 4260s and one of the machines they try to scan to it and they get a message stating "this job cannot be completed" and then the machine reboots. The other 4260 we had issue where they use secure print. They would print to the machine and the document would just be formatting. We installed the new 250gb hard drive and the latest firmware and that fixed the formatting issue. Now the machine will lock up on them and they have to reboot the machine to get it to work. We tried a software reset and reinput everything and still no luck. The customer is losing faith in Xerox and any help would be greatly appreciated.
