Probably a small piece of paper got stuck someplace near the jamming area, or a dirty sensor.\

Shine a bright flashlight in there and see if you can find it. Check the rollers as well.

Workcentre 5225 jam error

I have a problem with my workcentre 5225. When I want a copy everything is working and the Xerox show this "paper jam 077-101 1.Open left side cover [A] and remove any paper 2.Close left side cover [A] by pushing the center of the cover. Or, press C button to cancel this job. And I clear the jam but it keeps jamming problem. Always I try to change the paper but it never works
