Workcentre 5638 - System Unavailable message makes the copier uselss

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The 5638 Workcentre will boot up and says System Unavailable. Do not Power down Until the power down message appears.  This message never appears and gets stuck on this screen.

 

This stops me from being able to even get into the system.  I have unplugged for 30 seconds, 1 minute and 2 minutes as requested by support but not working.  We just had the roller replaced on the machine as the previous one had melted and now having this problem.

 

Any help is appreciated.
