Hi Melmar,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Power the machine off and unplug the power cord and the network cable.  Plug the machine back in without the network cable plugged in to the machine and see if it will come on without the message. Consider resetting the machine using the instructions at this link.  If this does not help you may need service on the machine.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcentre 5775 Says scanning Document continuosly

Hi

 

I have a Wc5775 that say scanning document continuously in the top left corner of the screen. I used to be able to clear it by turning the machine off and on but now its stuck there all the time and I cant use the machine at all.

 

Not sure what to do. Please help.
