Hello,
But my problem is when reinsert toners that worked with it before, the machine didn't work also and the message appear that toners are not compatible, and must insert a compatible toners, how can i solve this problem and make the machine work again with previous toners that is work with it before i inserted the new toners witch make this problem of incompatibility.

For 7835 you should assume you bought the correct part no. for your region. You can check what part no. of toner you need at the Consumables Status by pressing the each row representing the toners. Below is a table with toners around the world:

think you for your replay, i'll try to replace an other HDD.
I have also an other machine 7835 witch was work normally, i changed toners it told me that toner is not compatible, i replace new tonors with old ones witch worked normally but now doesn't work also and still appear the same message that toner is not compatible.
The machine didn't work neither with the new toners nor with old ones.
I'll be very grateful if you can help me.

Also it could be the memory module defective.

you can try another HDD.

Think you,
I fo what you told me to do, but the machine didn't upgrade and nothing happened, just still white screen and code 8 at the back of machine, did you think that the hard disque is not good or samthing else?

I copy image and HDD from other working machine but this didn't resolve the problem;

i think that i have a hardware problem in controller card ,can you advice me where i can sheck the problem or if you have tips to resolve this problem of white screen and code 8?

Yes , you can copy the image of SD card from a known good machine.
