It seems to be a Registration Sensor Actuator issue - broken or dislodged.

Workcentre 6015 error 075-100 paper jam

I need help with a continuous 075-100 paper jam error. I have made sure there is no paper anywhere in the machine. I have done a complete clean, including canned air blowout, pulled all toner cartridges and unplugged. Not sure what else to do. It seems like it resets but every time I try to print or copy it will not load a sheet of paper and then gives me the error again. 

Any suggestions?
