I have the same issue. I have replaced my black toner and I still get the 093-933 error saying I have to replace my toner. I have tried the firmware update but that’s not helped.

Hi

possibly its a Firmware Bug however There is a SPAR  firmware release which is solving this issue

Workcentre 6025 Error - Insert black toner cartrige

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025

Hello, I have bought the workcentre 6025. After few copies, I've got an error, that I have to replace the black toner cartridge. I bought the new one and put it there, all was fine, however after the startup, I have the error message Insert black toner... I even tried to put the old empty original one and the message is still there...

 

What can I do???
