I have a Xerox Workcentre 6505 that continues to come up with an error code of 024-362. The service manual says to check the firmware for the latest version and to restart it. It has the 201306131116 firmware and restarting it did not help. It printed a test page, but then comes up with the error. The next step in the service manual is to replace the IP board. Are there any other options, or did that board just go bad?
