Workcentre 6655i not recognizing toner cartridge replacement
Product Name: WorkCentre 6655i
Operating System: Windows 10
We have a Workcentre 6655i here at the office that is not recognizing a toner cartridge replacement. We have ordered a genuine Xerox cyan toner p/n:106R02744 to replace the old cartridge due to it running out. After replacement I still get a message to "replace cyan toner" or "cyan toner not fully inserted", although this is not the case as I have checked multiple times for full insertion. Any ideas guys?
