Workcentre 7132 Magenta Toner

Hello everyone,


I just bought a new Magenta toner, part number 006R01264 for my Workcentre 7132. When I replaced my old toner with the new one it still tells me to replace the toner. I have tried turning the machine off and on again and shook the cartridge a few times to make sure the toner was evenly distributed.


I am looking for any kind of help on this since it has shut this machine down in regards to color printing at the moment.

You need to replace the Magenta Developer Housing and Developer
