This kind of error to be solve for many years. Now advance technology no any kind of issue generate it.

I received the initial error that I needed to replace the xerographic module which I did, now I get the error: "printing fault copier not available"
I ran the xerographic system routine and had no errors, I powered down the system as instructed in the FAQ, I also performed the cleaning steps the scorotron still same message, please adise.
Further investigation shows the finisher is not getting power, I assume when you first turn on the device there should be some sort of activity within the finisher but there is none. The small board that connects both devices are showing flashing red lights but that is it. Papers jam at entrance to finisher as well.
