Please make sure you have followed all the solutions from the wrinkled prints case in the online support.  Make sure the machine is in a room within humidity limits for the machine. If you continue to have the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Wrinkling envelopes on workcentre 6605

Product Name: WorkCentre 6605

I have a brand new xerox workcentre 6605 that, as the title suggests, is wrinkling envelopes out of the bypass tray. I tried all of the easy stuff like flattening envelopes before loading them, tried different brands of envelopes, different paper type settings just for kicks. The envelopes come out wrinkled down the sides and bottom every time. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to this issue?
