The paper feeder has stopped working well. If I put a page in the feeder, it will start to be drawn in but then stop with an error message of the paper being stuck.
I've noticed that if I put the paper in the feeder and then keep pushing on the page, it will go through, so I looked at the feeder as I put paper in and can see the paper contacting the little black lever, which starts the process of grabbing the page. A little green roller comes down and grabs the page and starts to draw it in, but then just goes back up into the feeder housing before the page has been drawn in far enough to make contact the with larger gray feed roller which will draw the page through the feeder.
How do I get the green roller to stay in contact with the page long enough to feed it to the gray feed roller?
