We have been getting the above error code on our WorkCentre maching about 10 times a day. The code is called T1 timerout and it is a fault error so we have to shut down and restart every time. I cannot find anything that explains what that is. We have had repairmen out once a day and they have no idea what is wrong. We are spending money for these technicians, but no one knows what this code means. Please help and any advice would be welcomed!!!!!!!
Thank you for using the Support Forum. The code 035-718 is a fax communication data transmission error. If you are not using the fax feature when the error occurs, please try disconnecting the phone cord from the machine and see if that helps. If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
