Hello MIANE, 

There are a few things that could be happening. You could have a genuine cartridge but not the right one for your region or it could be a metered cartridge for a non metered device or vice versa. Lastly, it could be a defective cartridge. I would recommend checking the part number off the old cartridge that was last known to work in your device, and see if that matches exactly the part number of the new cartridge. 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

XEROX phaser 4622 won't recognize drum and toner

Hi,

We have xerox phaser 4622 printer that was working perfectly fine before but suddenly it started to show three errors messages "Drum Not Installed", "Toner Not Installed", and "Front door open" while the front door is of course closed. We replaced both the drum and the toner, we cleaned the printer but the error messages won't disapear. Any ideas?
