I searched our knowledge base and couldn't find any for the printer rebooting only when connected to the network. I did find an article for when the printer power cycles continuously for you to look at. If you are still having issues after trying thesesteps,I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797or 1-800-835-6100.

Who has encountered the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 Printer?
We have Xerox WorkCentre 3335-3345, but when connected to a local network via (RG-45), they start to reboot constantly, I would say that it is cyclical, because as soon as it turns on, immediately goes to reboot. But there is a miracle, this same printer works fine via USB. Firmware we upgrade
