Hello zh, 

I searched our knowledge base and couldn't find any for the printer rebooting only when connected to the network.  I did find an article for when the printer power cycles continuously for you to look at.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Xerox 3335-3345 start to reboot constantly local network via (RG-45),

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Who has encountered the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 Printer?
We have Xerox WorkCentre 3335-3345,   but when connected to a local network via (RG-45), they start to reboot constantly, I would say that it is cyclical, because as soon as it turns on, immediately goes to reboot. But there is a miracle, this same printer works fine via USB. Firmware we upgrade
