Hi,

Try to update machine firmware. If still not working you will need a tech because I supposed the SD card on the Main board is faulty.

Xerox 3345, all lights on, screen frozen (on) and no error messages; Prints OK

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345

All the lights on my Xerox 3345 are on. The touch screen is frozen. I can print. Uninstalled and reinstalled software. No change. Is there a way to reset? Or any suggestions how to fix?
