Re: Xerox 3655 Not printing

Hi,

In this case it is necessary to upgrade the machine software: http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-3655i/downloads/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7

Re: Xerox 3655 Not printing

I tried this with no success. I can see that the machine is receiving print jobs, but they all just say "Processing" or "Pending". No print jobs actually print. If I fax (in or out) or copy, it prints fine. There are no errors displayed. The only faults shown are the ones listed in the original post. I have gone to Machine Status-->Tools, and done a Network software reset followed by a "reset all". Same issue. There has got to be something going on here that I am missing!

Re: Xerox 3655 Not printing

Hi,

In the print driver, at the ''Printer properties'', on ''Ports'' tab click on "Configure port" and change from RAW to LPR, at the Queue name write "lp" and be sure to uncheck "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled".

Xerox 3655 Not printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I just returned to work from vacation and found that our Workcentre 3655 is not printing from any workstations. For reference sake, the firmware version is 072.060.034.16810. The recurring faults I am getting are 303.777.00 and 303.331.00. I am able to connect to the machine via IP and everything looks normal on the devices "page". I have checked to ensure that the device has correct DNS entries, and it is set to a static IP with no conflicts. I am able to send/receive faxes and copy with no issues. I am kind of at a dead end and not sure what else to look at. Any ideas?
