Xerox 4110 finisher booklet tray failure.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

If we make booklet prints, also stapled, Tray Belt Drive Motor moves only 2-3mm and wont carry away finished booklets from booklet unit and after 5-6 booklets they stuck together booklet unit and machine sees jam.

What i did also:

1) Tried another booklat tray - No results

2) Initialized finisher  NWM - No Results

3) Reinstalled finisher ROM soft - No results.

Any ideas?
Tnx
