the answer to your question if "Is this the firmware you are looking for ?" is i need exactly the HFT Controller's type or Printer's firmware version whichever will allow me to change the option documented on page 7 of http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/XRIP_AccXES_HFT/userdocs/any-os/en/701P43785_FreeFlow_Acc...
as follows : "If the printer is not properly auto negotiating with the network, then set the Speed/Duplex to something other than "Auto". The other selectable options are "10 Mbps - Half Duplex", "10 Mbps - Full Duplex", 100 Mbps - Half Duplex", and "100 Mbps - Full Duplex"." That's all.
Thank you very much.
Please take a look at the firmware upgrade and read the release notes. Is this the firmware you are looking for? If not then you would have to support to request the firmware you are needing.
thank you for your response however your suggestions have already been tried before opening this support request - in fact this was the reason for opening it as no relevant information concerning issue's resolution was found. I suspect the issue could be resolved through a firmware update but what is the firmware version containing the "Speed/Duplex" option referenced in : http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/XRIP_AccXES_HFT/userdocs/any-os/en/701P43785_FreeFlow_Acc... ?
So, issue is still considered open.
If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: Xerox 510 Series Print System.

i'm the owner of two Xerox 510 dp wide format(printer and scanner). These two machines and a few other network connected printers/copiers and my two PCs were connected to my local network with a D-Link 10Mbps hub working fine for the last 15 years. Three days ago a friend of mine being a computer technician was present when a client came to print(not on the Xerox 510 dp printer - to another network printer) some pictures combined in a single A4 page with high resolution producing a 250MB spooled document that took about 3-4 minutes to leave the print job queue of the PC noticing that although all of mine copiers'/printers' where capable of working with a network speed of 100Mbps instead they were working with 10Mbps because of the previously mentioned outdated hub causing this prolonged delay for big print jobs to reach their destination and he suggested to upgrade my old hub with a new 10/100Mbps switch in order to speed up big jobs' printing. I followed his suggestion buying a new Netgear 10/100Mbps 8 port switch and he was right - testing a similar big print job after upgrading it took only a few seconds to spool it to the printer however there was a problem with both of the Xerox 510 dp machines - they stopped being connected to the LAN - the leds on the switch concerning the two machines were off and no print job to them could reach its destination. Trying to find a solution to this problem i found this (http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/XRIP_AccXES_HFT/userdocs/any-os/en/701P43785_FreeFlow_Acc... document from Xerox's support manuals
stating in page 7 "If the printer is not properly auto negotiating with the network, then set the Speed/Duplex to something other than "Auto". The other selectable options are "10 Mbps - Half Duplex", "10 Mbps - Full Duplex", 100 Mbps - Half Duplex", and "100 Mbps - Full Duplex"."
And here where the problem is : I searched all configuration options through the printer's control panel and through WebPMT web interface and found no option to change the Speed/Duplex to something other than "Auto". So my question is : where does this option reside in oder to change it ?
Thank you very much.
