Xerox 560 - % of life remaining on toner always says 100%

Usually a tech call is placed to Replace Both Toner Door Interlock switches (PL 6.3, Item 5). Toner gas gages will not change immediately. It can take several thousand prints for them to begin to change after this is done.

If you know how to get into Diagnostics mode you could reintialize the NVM's, but that area is not something I am allowed to document how to do.

I highly suggest a tech visit if you have a maintenance agreement on the device.

The drum consumables display the actual percentages remaining. Is there something 

I can do to have it display these percentages?
