I have a 6120 and it keeps telling me I have a paper jam and won't pull paper to print. We have looked everywhere and don't see any jams, and have even looked for very small pieces.
Is there something else I can do to see if it will clear the message and let me print? Is it a roller problem? Any other suggestions?
