Hello I_fri,

That is a Power On Self Test error due to BIOS (CPU Fan Error). If you have powered off and on and that doesn't solve it you will need on site service. You can contact Support via THESE options.

Xerox 6204 WF Error code 116-314

Product Name: Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

We recently received a used 6204 Wide Format printer and I'm just trying to get it set up. Upon power up the dispaly reads External Device Error Chain Link = 116-314. I've tried to find what this error code indicates but have had no luck. Any advice is much appreciated.
