Hello Mark,

I searched the Knowledge-base and found a fault code that is in the same chain and is called an Internal Communication Error and all you can do is power off and on.

If that doesn't work, I would recommend you contact Support. The Support options for your device are listed here.

Xerox 6204 Wide Format Pringer--External Device Error: Chain Link=116-311

Product Name: Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

on start up the screen displays External Device Error: Chain Link=116-311 and i have found no information anywhere as to what the 116-311 code means. any help please
