Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try using a different web browser either IE or Microsoft Edge.  If you continue to to get the error with a different browser then contact your network admin. or consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox 6515 Web Access - Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have just bought a new Xerox 6515, but trying to access web URL of thsi printer, I get following error message.

 

An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.100. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

 

What could be teh reason?
