Thanks for all the people who helped this post, which is indeed a hard disk error, but the 250G hard disk we tried to replace did not work. After trying to replace the same capacity 320G hard disk, he reinstalled the system after reinstalling the system. Thank you

We have bought a 250G hard drive from the one you provided, but found that the old machine was a 320G hard drive

We followed the USB STICK steps you've done, and it's connected to the machine, but the machine just keeps on running, and we wait 30 minutes and still restarting at 20-40 seconds

Nobody needs to see a file directory, the altboot process does all that, at no point should the drive be hooked up to a PC.

we have found the place of the harddisk

and replaced it.

but found the old are from toshiba with 320G

and from the message we have boung a 250G

it will problem ?

after replace , the root problem is till retain the original problem，

tomorrow we will try make fotos for the screentshot  of the File Directory and make foto of the printer through pm to you.

I have absolutely no idea what you are saying.

If you put thr drive in the printer and did exactly what I stated in the PM to you, then you would need to pay someone local to fix it for you. I have given all the information that should have been required.

at first must thank you for your help.

now we have change the harddisk with SATA 250G 2.5`

want want to try it.

usb with new Fireware has alreday through the Email finised.

but the machine reboot always. after reboot in green , for about 10-20 sec then reboot itself :(
