I change the drum and now the image quality is very bad, you can see in the print test that the magenta i shaving an issue
please note that the COPY iS GREAT only the printing is having an issue
I calibrate the fiery but same issue
what can I do

I swap, but still have the same error. What is the procedure ? I am in Africa and it is hard to have a tech.

Swap R2 with R3, if the error follows the change then the drum is damaged, if it does,'t, then the printer is damaged and will need to be looked at by a tech, unless you can get in enough to check all the sensor contacts within.

I have a message to replace the drum R3 of the machine, I have replace the drum but I still have the same pb, I am sure I have properly replace the drum, please any help ?
