I have a message to replace the drum R3 of the machine, I have replace the drum but I still have the same pb, I am sure I have properly replace the drum, please any help ?
Swap R2 with R3, if the error follows the change then the drum is damaged, if it does,'t, then the printer is damaged and will need to be looked at by a tech, unless you can get in enough to check all the sensor contacts within.
What is the procedure ? I am in Africa and it is hard to have a tech.
I can't possible do such a thing on the forum and I am not a service tech anyway, if you could source a service manual for the device you may be able to do so yourself, but even a service manual would assume you were trained to work on the device, and because of that, you likely won't understand what it is saying in the majority of things.
I change the drum and now the image quality is very bad, you can see in the print test that the magenta i shaving an issue
please note that the COPY iS GREAT only the printing is having an issue
I calibrate the fiery but same issue
what can I do
