Sounds like its trying to do an automatic software upgrade. A tech would have to come in and change an nvm setting to keep it from happening or your software is corrupt and will have to be reloaded.

Hi Matejzivko,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please turn the machine off and disconnect the network cable.  With the network cable disconnected turn the machine back on and see if it will start up normally.  If it does then there may be an issue on your network,  If the WorkCentre 7655 still has the error even with the network cable is disconnected then you will need to consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hello,

 

i have problem with my xerox workcentre 7655. When i start machine, they apear me a message "Do not turn off machine while upgrade is in progress, scan engine in progress"
