Xerox 8560 Restarts After Weekend

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I've got a strange issue I'm having with an 8560 printer. After the weekend, the printer won't work until it is restarted. Sometimes, the printer will restart itself when trying to print. This only happens after the weekend. There is no major maintenance that occurs over the weekend. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
