91,720 - 91,723 means Printhead Tilt Fault.

I suggest you look for ink spills or obstructions around the printhead, and try to remove as much as possibe, also reboot the printer.

If that does not work, I suggest you call Xerox for assistance as some part may need to be replaced.

Hi Everyone, My Xerox 8570 bought in December 2012 was working very nicely and yesterday it suddenly froze overnight with the aove error message. I have tried to reboot it but it always get stuck whilst trying to restart. Can any one help!
